Hi All,
I am posting this because I hope Ms. Burnett, or someone affiliated reads this. I'm sure most of you know that Ms. Burnett successfully sued
the National Enquirer for libel in the early 80's. What many of you probably don't know, is that she used a portion of the judgement to create
an endowment through the University of Hawaii for journalism students. That is where my story will begin.

I can't believe it's October already. Can you believe we have 85 days till Christmas? (Not that I'm counting.) Seems like spring had just started and now it's Fall. And it is chilly but at least it aint raining.

How are you on this nice, rainy day? It's a wet/rainy day in Kentucky, but we need this rain, so it's all good. It's a nice day to stay indoors and watch football. I need to vacuum the house, before I can enjoy any of the games. I was going to do it yesterday, but I felt ill all day. I feel much better today and have loads of energy.

Post Grad

Anyone see Carol in the Post Grad that opened today. I went to the first showing of it this morning. Although it's a small part I think Carol's role was the best part of the movie. She plays the off beat grandmother. I thought it was fantastic and Carol gave a wonderful performance. Very funny.

And now I am on crutches. The good news is nothing broken, just a really painful sprained ankle. Doesn't do a lot of good for my other foot with the Plantar Faciitis, either. Did this yesterday morning when I was going to feed the dog. Spent a couple of hours in the emergency room getting an x-ray to show no broken bone and having a splint put on. Then I had to drive to the store to fill the perscriptions and then home. Making this short because I still need to keep it elevated and...

All I know is it holds the copyright to the Carol Burnett Show, which is one reason I'm trying to contact the company. I need to contact the company for permission to copy a script from one of their shows to perform a sketch for my drama class. Any information on ways to contact the company would be most helpful. How is everyone doing? It looks to be fairly quiet in here but I wanted to stop by and let you guys know what I have been up too.... so here goes!

The kid is back in school and it's hot!! ewww It started out cool and rainy but I think August has finally kicked in to full gear hot and muggy. So the boy went back to school this past Thursday. He has got every class he wanted and some nice teachers ( so far..lol ) Let's see Biology, World History, PE/Heatlh, Honors...
