Had an appointment with my Podiatrist on Tuesday late morning. Got a late start to get there. Got about half way down the road to from Congress to the junction
of AZ 89 and US 93 when all the electric stuff in my car died. ehehe I had to get to the gas station on Vulture mine road, or I would be stuck out in the
middle of nowhere with little possibility of being picked up by a good samaritan. ehehe Just barely coasted into a parking space at the gas station. Got a ride
from there into my appointment. The receptionist called someone she knows in Congress to take me back home after the appointment.
Called a towing company to take my car to the repair shop in Congress. The person giving me a ride took me home. I planned to get in my truck and drive it to the repair shop and then back home. LOL Dead battery in the truck. Wednesday morning I was on my computer and playing Pirates on Facebook. Mid morning, no internet and no phone. Went to my neighbor and called the phone company to arrange for repairs. They said the repair would not be done until today, Friday. On the way back to my house, I noticed that the phone wires had been pulled out of the box. Yiska had found a new toy. ehehe I just got my phone and internet back this afternoon. |

I'm doing good. As you know I have a 4 1/2 day weekend and today was my first day off work and it was a beautiful day. Hubby had a real good birthday and
the son was off to so I got to spend time with him. How are you?

AE you like to have all your mishaps in one week dontcha, ha! Glad everything's ok.
Yes Sis, everyone within shouting distance knows you're off for 4 1/2 days. Make it a fun weekend! I'm doing fine. I'm working on a video project that has been a year and a half in the making. I don't know if you all remember when I went to Nazareth, KY last spring with my boss to interview the Sister's who served at my hospiat. Well we are just now able to write the script and edit the video and of course it has to be ready by Oct. 1st, ugh! But this one is a true labor of love for me so I'll get it done. And once I do I'm building a page on our website for it. So it's all good stuff for me!

According to my clock LSW, you were still up at 5am. Does that mean you didn't go to bed that at all?
