Carol Burnett Fan 2 Posts: 1051 09/20/09 12:31 PM Fun fan member moderator	How are you on this nice, rainy day? It's a wet/rainy day in Kentucky, but we need this rain, so it's all good. It's a nice day to stay indoors and watch football. I need to vacuum the house, before I can enjoy any of the games. I was going to do it yesterday, but I felt ill all day. I feel much better today and have loads of energy. Hey, CB, does this board have any Halloween emoticons stored away? I hope everyone has a great Sunday and week! Take care, Fano

When Sparkly did this to get her signature to work, her smilies started working. "My Sunday was great, no rain for the first time in 10 days." We're still getting rain, CB. It has poured on and off all afternoon, but it has really gotten me in the Fall mood. It was a little dark this afternoon and I was freezing. It was warm out, but I've been hot and cold all day. I hope it's just hormones, but anyway, with the darkness, rain and chill, it has seemed like Fall. I'm drinking a cup of hot tea and thinking about the Halloween decorations I'm putting up this weekend.

I wonder if it would be easier to just try and teach the dog to wipe his feet. If that doesn't deter what ever has his attention, it is a woorf, woorf. Usually it turns out he didn't need to be concerned, and he settles back down. But if ANYONE dares enter the yard, he lets lose with ROUF..ROUF..., ROU ROU ROU ROUF!!! EHEHE He will keep that up until I go see what is happening. Good thing it is usually quiet around here and thus he doesn't need to give any warnings very often. ehehe

Yiska will sit in front of the door under the overhang and watch it all. No shivering, no whining, just very alert. Well, come to think of it, the last storm like that, the rain got so bad that he did go find some shelter......somewhere.
